Self-Healing

Some days I wake up and don’t feel like I want to see the world. We are facing so many challenges, and this can make me feel upset. But maturity reminds me that I have bills to pay, and life is beautiful. I look out my window and see nature mixed with a busy city. The thoughts can easily turn negative, but I shift my mindset. I take a deep breath and turn my journey into a movie in my mind.

I remember my mother, ancestors, my sister, and my best friend—who never lets me down. I reflect on how beautiful my life is. Of course, there are times when I feel like I’m not doing enough to help the world, but then I remind myself that the world has always had problems. This should not affect me now, even though technology makes it seem like more things are happening. History shows that the world has always been filled with challenges, but we must find our peace within.

This is where holistic therapies became so important in my life. After experiencing panic attacks and anxiety without understanding what they were, I decided to take the path of self-healing. For me, it worked wonders, which is why I am studying this field—not just for myself but for others as well. I truly want people who are stressed or unhappy for any reason to take a moment to look within and embrace better days, focused on well-being, which is their birthright.

We all have internal and external struggles, but when we stop, close our eyes, and take a long, deep breath, everything becomes easier. I feel grounded when I do this, and I recommend that you do the same. Explore the healing arts tools that are within you, because they bring joy, brightness, and all the best things in life. You deserve it. You deserve the best experience on this earth.

Smile will always help you 🙂
